General
Use of R³ services, website, tools, and products (hereinafter: "the Services") constitutes full and unconditional agreement to all Terms of Use set forth herein. If you do not agree — do not use the Services.
R³ reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and R³, governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Eligibility
Use of the Services is permitted only to persons aged 18 and over. Use by minors is prohibited unless with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Services, you represent that you are an adult with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that your use complies with all applicable laws, and that the details you provided upon registration are accurate and current.

Account Registration
Access to the Services requires registration with an email address and verification via one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and preventing unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to notify R³ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. R³ reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

Subscription & Payment
R³ offers paid subscription plans (monthly or annual) as detailed on the pricing page. Prices may change; changes will be published in advance.
Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. R³ does not store credit card details.
VAT: Displayed prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Israeli customers will be charged VAT at the applicable legal rate.
Payment failure: In the event of a failed charge, R³ may suspend access until payment is resolved.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 and Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction) 5771-2010:
14-day cancellation right: You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of the transaction by notifying us in writing at
support@rcube.com or through our
contact page.
Refund: Upon cancellation within 14 days, a full refund will be issued less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower — as required by law.
After 14 days: No refund is provided; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling auto-renewal: Notify us at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied.
R³ is not liable for any damage — direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive — arising from use of the Services, including data loss, loss of profits, business loss, reputational damage, or any other economic loss.
In any case, R³'s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Use at User's Own Risk
Use of the Services is at the user's sole risk. Any decision made based on the Services, data, outputs, or information derived from them is entirely the user's own responsibility.
The Services do not constitute a substitute for professional advice — engineering, legal, planning, accounting, or otherwise. The user must independently verify the suitability of outputs for their needs and applicable regulatory requirements.

Intellectual Property
All rights in the Services — including design, code, logos, brand names, trademarks, algorithms, and content — belong exclusively to R³, protected under Israeli and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
No copying, reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, modification, translation, creation of derivative works, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent from R³.

Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting unauthorized access to R³ systems or other users' data.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from the Services.
- Selling, assigning, renting, or sublicensing the Services to others.
- Uploading malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
- Violating third-party rights — including copyright, trademarks, or privacy.
- Submitting false or misleading information during registration or use.
- Any action placing abusive load on R³ infrastructure.

Service Availability
R³ strives to provide a continuous and reliable service but does not guarantee 100% availability. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to planned maintenance, updates, technical failures, or force majeure.
R³ may, at its sole discretion, discontinue, suspend, modify, or restrict the Services — temporarily or permanently — without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate.

Third-Party Services
The Services may include links, integrations, or reliance on third-party services (including AI providers, payment processors, and storage services). R³ is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy policies, or any damage arising from their use.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R³, its officers, employees, partners, and agents from any claim, demand, damage, liability, expense, or loss (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, or any negligent act or omission by you.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms shall be vested in the competent courts of the Central District, Israel. Any claim arising from this agreement must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
